I am a mum and previous health ​advisor on a mission to share what ​I've learnt about detoxifying our ​lives and to encourage others to ​understand more about what we put ​into our bodies and steps we can ​take to support good health.

The journey of removing toxins and ​building my body back up has ​transformed me personally from ​being tired, heavily medicated and ​frequently sick to being completely ​healthy with freedom from all ​medication. Guess what the steps I ​took successfully healed my Graves ​disease.

I want to shout from the roof tops healing ​is possible and even better preventing ​poor health is even more achievable!

I hope that by informing others that they ​will not end up where I was with my ​health and be able to live their best lives ​by focusing on preventative health for ​themselves and their families.
